Staff was very friendly and helpful

Price was expensive - 18,000 yen for a very basic room standard.with uncomfortable bed and pillows, "closet type" toilett and shower. The night after I stayed at ana (nearby) in a much nicer room, comfortable bed and soft pillows and reasonable bathroom for price 16,000 yen. Clearly Holiday Inn's price performance was poor compared to ana. I will try to avoid Holiday Inn due to its poor value for money.

The hotel temperature was very hot,I turned on the air conditioning hoping the room would cool down before bed. I woke in the middle of the night and the room temperature was over 100 Degrees. I got a sore throat and became sick for the last 3 days of my trip
